WHAT IS A MILANESA?
A thin cutlet of meat that has been hand pounded, lightly breaded and fried to golden perfection. The milanesa is juicy and tender, with a golden, crunchy exterior that is almost impossible to resist.
Traditionally served at the lunch table with a fresh salad or mashed potatoes, it also
makes for a killer sandwich. Layered with lettuce, tomato, egg, or your choice of toppings, it makes for the perfect lunch or late-night meal.
Our milanesas are breaded daily in our kitchen and can be made of beef, chicken, eggplant, zuchinni or fish.
